TeamUno Guidelines

  • Treat each teammate with respect.

  • Participation and engagement are important for learning and growth.

  • Don't blame; provide constructive comments so that everyone on the team may develop and work toward the common objective.

  • Thank everyone for their time and effort, praise what went well, and analyze what didn't.

  • Don't be afraid to ask questions; they might help you gain a better knowledge of the situation and clarify the big picture.

  • Please keep extraneous distractions to a minimum when working with the group.

  • Your excellent ideas and comments are always welcome; please share them with us.

Ground Rules
 

Decision-making process

  • Identification of issues and managing quick analysis received from all feedback, and suggestions. 

  • Prioritize a thorough examination of the task. 

  • Resources necessary for the project are evaluated and sourced Prior 

  • Risks are calculated and estimated into a strategy for reducing failures. 

  • Implement tactics that work for the work's completion. 

  • As a team we will listen to the ideas of all the members of the team. 

  • Contrast and comparison can help us to reach any conclusion. 

  • Subject matter experts will describe the benefits or flaws and that analysis can help us to make any decision.

Conflict Management Approach 

  • Primary Approach will be by will resolving ambiguity during communication through Internal Effective Communication. 

  • By ensuring that teamwork is properly managed. 

  • At various levels of the project, analyze the conflict through timely communication and impartial language. 

  • By combining the storylines, we examine alternatives to the answers proposed by the members. 

  • By brainstorming the problem, you can acquire the best output for the project by considering the viewpoints of both clients and team members. 

  • We will be delegated towards our team members and try to understand and compromise if it is required. 

  • We will not withdraw or avoid the problems which we will be facing throughout the project, we will discuss and reach the best conclusion we should.

Team performance assessment

  • At the beginning of every meeting, we will have an agenda 

  • At the end of the meeting, we will evaluate if we discussed all points in agenda 

  • Every member will provide an update on the tasks assigned during weekly sync-up.  

  • The facilitator will make sure that team members are on time. If there are any issues they must be brought up in the weekly sync-up meetings to be resolved. 

Tracking Work Progress

  • Major deliverables will be listed on progress tracker in Microsoft Teams

  • Week, due date, personnel responsible, status, and relevant comments will be listed

  • Team members will update the deliverables status as progress changes
