Conflict Management Approach

Team performance assessment

At the beginning of every meeting, we will have an agenda

At the end of the meeting, we will evaluate if we discussed all points in agenda

Every member will provide an update on the tasks assigned during weekly sync-up.

The facilitator will make sure that team members are on time. If there are any issues they must be brought up in the weekly sync-up meetings to be resolved.
Tracking Work Progress

Major deliverables will be listed on progress tracker in Microsoft Teams

Week, due date, personnel responsible, status, and relevant comments will be listed

Team members will update the deliverables status as progress changes
