Well-planned sprint planning - focus on delivering a done increment
The construction of Taj Mahal according to group's schematic was finished
Scheduled group meetings, each team member showed up on time for the meetings
Each team member contributed towards the final presentation preparation
Equal task distribution between team members

What could be improved?

Improve communication outside the meetings
Invest more time in brainstorming for the final presentation
Focus on identifying and removing impediments
